In a message to Minister of Intelligence, Hojat al-Islam “Sayed Mahmoud Alavi”, the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly expressed his condolences on the demise of his father.


The text of the message of Ayatollah Reza Ramzani is as follows:


In the Name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

The honorable Minister of Intelligence


The demise of your father, the pious scholar, late Ayatollah Haj Sayed Razi Alavi caused great grief and sorrow.


The blissful deceased, spent his blessed life in promoting the strong way of Quran and AhlulBayt teachings (a.s.).


Also, the social services and social protection of that noble man had made him a refuge and shelter for the people.


I offer my condolences on this irreparable loss to you, the scholars and the martyr-nurturing people of Fars Province – especially their students and enthusiasts.


From God Almighty, I ask for that blissful deceased, a high position in heaven and resurrection with Awlia (AhlulBayt), and patient for the family and relatives.

Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, issued a message of condolences on demise of Dr. Jalal al-Din Rahmat, the chairman of AhlulBayt (a.s.) Society of Indonesia (IJABI), former representative in country’s Parliament, and the prominent member of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.


The message is as follows:


In the Name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

The demise of the great thinker and skillful preacher of the Islamic teachings, Professor “Jalal al-Din Rahmat”, the chairman of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) Society of Indonesia (IJABI), caused great grief and sorrow.


Through the establishment of various institutions and the authoring and publication of numerous academic and cultural works, including about forty books written by him, the deceased, who had a righteous-seeker heart, propagated and promoted the teachings of Quran and AhlulBayt (a.s.) among Indonesian and neighboring countries Muslims.


Late Jalal al-Din Rahmat was one of enthusiasts of late Imam Khomeini and Islamic Revolution (of Iran), who guide many lovers’ hearts to the teachings of Imam Khomeini, Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei and great thinkers like Martyr Mutahhari.


The researcher and moral scholar, was also a prominent member of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, who competently considered the ideas of proximity between religions, and his activities influenced the entire region of Southeast Asia.


On behalf of all the members of this assembly, I extend my condolences on demise of that Mujahed figure to the Imam Mahdi (a.s.), the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei, Muslim scholars, followers of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) and the Indonesian academic and seminary community, as well as students, enthusiasts, his relatives - especially his esteemed and honorable son, Dr. Meftah Rahmat.


For the pure soul of that dear professor and also for his honorable wife, Hajiyeh “Evis Kartini” - who also passed away a few days ago - I ask God Almighty for the exaltation, and resurrection with the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h) and Hazrat Zahra (a.s.), and I pray for patience for all of his relatives and acquaintances.

It should be mentioned that Dr. Jalal al-Din Rahmat, the chairman of AhlulBayt (a.s.) Society of Indonesia (IJABI), former representative in country’s Parliament, passed away on Monday February 15, 2021 at the age of 72 due to Covid-19. He was a prominent member of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and was considered as one of moderate and popular figures of Indonesia Muslims.


Four days earlier, the wife of the late Jalal al-Din Rahmat, Hajiyeh “Evis Kartini”, had died of the Covid-19 too.

The demise of divine and moral scholar, “Ayatollah Haj Sayed Muhammad Zia Abadi”, caused grief and sorrow.


He devoted his blessed life to studying, propagating and teaching the lessons of the Holy Quran and AhlulBayt (a.s.) and dedicated many students to the Islamic community.


Today, the academic and practical life of that moral scholar and the preacher of the Quran and the school of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) can be a role model for honorable clergies and scholars in sincere propagation and performing religious mission, and certainly our society needs such moral and spiritual scholars more than ever so that they can add Quranic truths and religious teachings into the Islamic society with their holy souls.


In addition to his sermons and ethics class sessions that quenched the thirst for truth, his various charitable activities and support for the deprived and oppressed were characteristics of the life of that respected scholar.


On the loss of that teacher of the illuminating teachings of the AhlulBayt (a.s.), I offer my condolences to Imam Mahdi (a.s.), the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, the seminaries of Tehran, Qazvin and his respected family, students and enthusiasts and I pray to God the companionship with the Quran and God’s friends for the deceased, and patience for his family and relatives.

In a message to Hojat al-Islam Sheikh Hossein Ansarian, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani offered his condolences on the demise of Ali Ansarian, his nephew, and also an Iranian football veteran.

“Peace unto you for that ye persevered in patience!” (Holy Quran 13:24)


Paying my respects, I offer my condolences on the loss of your dear nephew, the late Ali Ansarian, to your Excellency, esteemed brothers, his honorable mother, and all the family and relatives, and lovers of sports and art.


Although the death of this dear athlete and artist was tragic for our people – especially for the youth and the sports and artistic community – but in the days of his illness and after his death, social media was full of messages of “family friendship”, “service to parents” and “love to mother” – an issue that currently is the need of all human societies.


From God, I ask for mercy and forgiveness for the deceased and patience for all the relatives – especially your Excellency and his grieving mother.

In a message, the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly expressed his condolences on the demise of Ayatollah “Abdullah Nazari, Khadem al-Sharia”.


The message of condolences is as follows:

The demise of Mujahid and popular scholar, “Ayatollah Haj Sheikh Abdullah Nazari Sarawi Khadem al-Sharia”, caused grief and sorrow.


He spent his blessed life in propagating the teachings of the religion, promoting the rules of Islam, commemorating the rites of the AhlulBayt (a.s.), serving the deprived, and striving for the revolution and the Islamic Republic.


In addition to numerous charitable and public benefit activities, the late Ayatollah Nazari’s efforts to “commemorate the decade of Ghadir” for many years in different parts of the country will be a remnant of the virtues of that popular scholar, and God willing, he will benefit the special provision of the Imam Ali (a.s.).


On the loss of that beloved servant of the nation and Sharia, I offer my condolences to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, the great sources of emulation, his family and relatives, students and enthusiasts – especially zealous people of Mazandaran province.


I pray to God the elevation of the position in heaven and being reunited with AhlulBayt (a.s.) for the deceased, and patience for his family and relatives.

In a message, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani offered his condolences on demise of the chairman of the Office of the International Affairs in the District of Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist Representation in the Affairs of Hajj and Pilgrimage (Beseh of the leadership).


The message of condolences is as follows:


In the Name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

We were still mourning the loss of our dear friend, the late Najafi Rouhani, but the loss of another loved one in the field of Hajj, pilgrimage, and international propagation renewed our grief.


Late Hojat al-Islam Dr. Sayed Javad Mazlumi was a serving, sincere, virtuous, and diligent cleric, whose presence was a blessing in the different arenas of propagation and culture, and we are now mourning his loss.


Whether he was working in the “Computer Research Center of Islamic Sciences” to update the access (of people) to the teachings of the Quran and AhlulBayt (a.s.), or when he was serving in the field of Hajj and Pilgrimage – including a short period service in the “Office of the International Affairs in the District of Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist Representation in the Affairs of Hajj and pilgrimage” – and serving pilgrims of Mecca and Medina and also the Holy Shrines of Imams in Iraq, or in activities related to the Shiites and lovers of AhlulBayt (a.s.) in South East Asia, or in the various other religious and social fields, he left enviable remnants of the righteous.


I offer my condolences on this irreparable loss, to all of his colleagues and enthusiasts, especially his revered family and also dear brother Hojat al-Islam Sayed Abd al-Fattah Nawab, the Representative of the Supreme Leader in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs, and I pray God to reunite him, who was a cleric who loved the AhlulBayt (a.s.), with his beloved ones, and I ask God to give patience to the family and relatives of the deceased.

The late Hojat al-Islam, Dr. Sayed Javad Mazlumi, chairman of the Office of the International Affairs in the District of Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist Representation in the Affairs of Hajj and Pilgrimage (Beseh of the leadership), passed away in a hospital in Tehran after a period of illness due to lung cancer.


Sayed Javad Mazlumi was born in Zanjan in 1964 and entered the seminary of Qom in 1982. He has been studying at the higher level of jurisprudence and jurisprudence principles since 1992, and also, by studying at the university, he obtained a Ph.D. in comparative philosophy from Qom University.


He was also one of the activists in the field of Quran who was selected as the “Khadim al-Quran” (one who serves the Quran) by the Center for Coordination, Development, and Promotion of Quranic Activities of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance due to his continuous efforts in producing Quranic software.

In a message, AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly offered its condolences on demise of the previous chairman of the Ithna-Ashar Shiite Ulema Assembly of Burundi (a Twelver Shiite Institute), Hujat al-Islam Sheikh Kikomo.

The demise of Hujat al-Islam Sheikh Ibrahim Kikomo, one of the scholars of the of Burundi, caused grief and sorrow.


The deceased was one of the founders of the “Ithna-Ashar Shiite Ulema Institute” and one of the pioneers in publishing the teachings of the AhlulBayt (a.s.), who spent his blessed life preaching and teaching in different parts of the country and was a preacher of the Islam and the teachings of the AhlulBayt (a.s.).


The AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly express its condolences to his honorable family and all his friends, and acquaintances, and prays to God for his exaltation in heaven and patience for his family.

The late Sheikh Ibrahim Kikomo was born in 1964 in the city of Rumge in Burundi in East Africa.


He completed his primary and high school in his hometown, and after receiving high school diploma at the “Madresa al-Thiqafa al-Islamia” (Islamic Cultural School), he began to study religious knowledge. After completing this course, he emigrated to Sudan and studied at higher levels.


After returning home from Sudan, due to his studies, he became interested in the school of AhlulBayt (a.s.), and became Shiite. This incident 1990 changed his destiny.


Engaged in propagating the teachings of the Quran and AhlulBayt in his country, he and his friends founded the “Ithna Ashar (Twelver) Shiite institute” in 1990 and chaired as the deputy chairman of the institute.


In 2004, the late Hujat al-Islam Ibrahim Kikomo was elected as the chairman of the “Ithna-Ashar (Twelver) Shiite Ulema Assembly of Burundi” and also the “AhlulBayt (a.s.) Institute” of the country.


He continued his efforts for many years until, in 2019, he was unfortunately infected with hepatitis C.


The Mustabsir (a person who finds the right path after being in wrong one) cleric passed away in on the morning of January 13, 2021 at the age of 57./trns/
