The judges of the First World Prize 114 appointed /Judges’ introduction

By the initiative of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, the call for participate in First World Prize 114 was issued on April 9, 2020 (Coincided with 15 Sha’ban 1441) to select the best media productions and Quranic activities of the followers of the AhlulBayt (a.s.). After receiving more than 500 works and Quranic activities from different countries of the world, and passing the preliminary and semi-final evaluation stages in the secretariat, the festival has approached its final stage.

By order of Hojat al-Islam Dr. Zarean, Deputy for International Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, Chairman and members of the jury of the First World Prize 114 were appointed.

Accordingly, Hassan Al-Mansouri from Iraq, Jalal Hamido from Tanzania, Edgardo Rubin (Soheil As’ad) from Argentina and Hossein Asadi, Ahmad Abolghasemi, Hossein Soleimani and Mohammad Ali Moeinian from the Islamic Republic of Iran were selected and appointed as judges. The jury is also chaired by Hossein Asadi.

This international festival is held with the aim of encouraging the media productions and Quranic activities of the Shiites of the world, and more than 130 participants from more than 40 countries with more than 500 Quranic works and activities have participated in it.

Judges’ introduction

1. Hussein Asadi: Lecturer and preacher, international Quranic activist, former director general of Quran and Hadith and current member of the Al-Mustafa (p.b.u.h) International University; from Iran,

2. Sheikh Jalal Hamido: International preacher and teacher of Quranic Tafsir and sciences; from Tanzania,

3. Sheikh Hassan Al-Mansouri: Quran teacher, founder and director of Dar Al-Quran of the holy shrine of Imam Hussein (a.s.); from Iraq,

4. Dr. Edgardo Rubin (Soheil As’ad): Lecturer, researcher, international missionary, cyber activist; from Argentina,

5. Ahmad Abolghasemi: Lecturer of the sciences and techniques of reciting the Holy Quran, international judge and Qari, former director of Quran Radio; from Iran,

6. Hojat al-Islam Hossein Soleimani: Hafiz (Memorizer) of the whole Quran, director and teacher, active in the field of Quranic art and media; from Iran,

7. Hojat al-Islam Mohammad Ali Moeinian: Active preacher in cyberspace, Director General of Propagation of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly; from Iran.
