ABWA Official Website – The opening ceremony of the Conference to Commemorate Grand Ayatollah Mirza Mohammad Taghi Shirazi was held on Saturday, December 10, 2022. The ceremony was held in the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain (a.s.) in Karbala with the large presence of ulama, clerics, national and military figures, chiefs and sheikhs of tribes, researchers and professors from the universities of Iraq, Iran and a number of other countries of the world. /345/

ABWA Official Website - On the Thursday morning, November 17, 2022, Dr. Abdul Amir Aziz Qurayshi, the head of the Karbala Center for Studies and Research and the representative of Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Karbalai, custodian the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain (a.s.), and his accompanying delegation met with Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in Qom. In this meeting, while presenting a report on the activities of his respective center and holding a commemorating conference of Ayatollah Mirza Mohammad Taghi Shirazi, Qurayshi invited Ayatollah Ramazani to participate in this conference, which will be held on December 10 in Iraq. Also in this meeting, while emphasizing the importance and place of research, Ayatollah Ramazani appreciated the efforts of the custodian of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain (a.s.) to commemorate the ulama of the Resistance, especially Ayatollah Mirza Mohammad Taghi Shirazi. /345/

The 6^th International Scientific Seminar of Arbaeen Pilgrimage was held by the Karbala Center for Studies and Research, with the cooperation of Iraqi institutions and universities on September 23 and 24, 2022 in Karbala.

More than 12,000 free consultations offered for the pilgrims of the Arbaeen of Imam Hussain (a.s.).

Noting that the detailed statistics of the service “Together to heaven 3” are being compiled, a university and seminary professor stated, “Each consultant has given at least 110 consultations during his career. As a result, more than 12,000 consultations have been provided to pilgrims during the two weeks of the Arbaeen pilgrimage.”

After the opening ceremony, two commissions were held in the afternoon and evening of the first day of the seminar (September 23, 2022) in the hall of Madinah Al-Zaerin of Sayed Al-Awsiya (a.s.) in the city of Karbala.
