The commemoration ceremony of the anniversary of the demolition of the graves of Imams (a.s.) in Al-Baqi cemetery was held with the speech of Hojat al-Islam Qazavi in the building of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in Tehran.

In a message, the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and the Chairman of the Ashura International Foundation expressed his condolences on the martyrdom of Ayatollah Haj Sheikh Abbas Ali Soleimani.

The Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “The Shawwal 8, the anniversary of the demolition of the blessed Imam’s graves in Al-Baqi Cemetery by the Wahhabis, is a bitter day. After the demolition of Al-Baqi, the Wahhabis went towards Karbala to do what did in Al-Baqi in Karbala, but they faced resistance from the Shiites and did not achieve their goal.”

In a message, Ayatollah Ramazani, Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, expressed his condolences on the martyrdom of Ayatollah Abbas Ali Soleimani.

The head of the local AhlulBayt (a.s.) Assembly of the Netherlands stated, “When I came to the Netherlands, the ceremonies, and programs for AhlulBayt (a.s.) were held scarcely, and ten to fifteen Shiites would gather in a house and mourn for AhlulBayt (a.s.). But today, with the blessing of AhlulBayt (a.s.), religious ceremonies are held not only in every city but also in every European village.”

The course “Hijab in Islam, Iran, and the West” will be held by AhlulBayt (a.s.) International University.

In a message, the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly expressed his condolences on the demise of Ayatollah Haj Sheikh Nurullah Shahabadi.

The representative of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in Afghanistan stated, “There is no Shiite at the level of a minister in the composition of the cabinet and in political and executive matters. While in the past governments, there were Shiites in the cabinet.”
