In a decree, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly of the Hojat al-Islam appointed Dr. Farmanian as the head of the Deputy for Scientific and Cultural Affairs of the Assembly.

In a decree, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani Hojat al-Islam appointed Dr. Mahdi Farmanian as the head of the Deputy for Scientific and Cultural Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.

In an inauguration ceremony held on the Saturday morning, December 11, 2021, in the conference hall of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in Qom, Ayatollah Ramazani awarded Hojat al-Islam Dr. Mehdi Farmanian his appointment order and appreciated the services of Hojat al-Islam Ahmad Ahmadi Tabar.

The appointment letter of Hojat al-Islam Farmanian by the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly is as follows:

Dear Hojat al-Islam Dr. Mehdi Farmanian

With the grace of God, regarding your valuable scientific and managerial background, hereby, I appoint you as the “Head of the Deputy for Scientific and Cultural Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.”

It is hoped that in line with the mission, vision, and goals of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, and the policies of the Deputy for Cultural Affairs, and with the change approach, organize and strengthen cultural, educational, research and cyberspace programs to promote the school and the followers of the AhlulBayt (a.s.).

Among the policies that are expected to be on the agenda are emphasis on problem-oriented research and translation, use of internal capacities of the Assembly, emphasis on product quality improvement , development of educational and research cooperation with scientific and academic centers inside and outside the country the country, guiding and supporting the centers and cultural activities of the followers of AhlulBayt (a.s.), continuing the strengths of past activities, monitoring and environmental study of target groups and planning in accordance with local and cultural relations.

I hope that you will succeed in the proper implementation of the assigned missions by observing divine piety and jihadi management and change approach, and by using all capacities in achieving the sublime goals of the Assembly, by observing thrift and maximum interaction and synergy with the partner deputies and the groups.

I also sincerely appreciate the diligent and sincere efforts of Hojat al-Islam Ahmadi Tabar, and I ask God Almighty for the increasing success of him and you.
