In Georgia, there is a peaceful coexistence between religions: Ayatollah Ramazani

In one of these interviews, about his feeling of being in Georgia Ayatollah Ramazani, Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, stated, “I am pleased with the peaceful coexistence between different religions and denominations in Georgia. Also, the meetings I had useful and valuable meetings with the archbishop of the Orthodox Church, and Zaza Washakmadze, the head of the religious agency of Georgia.”
“Islam has nothing to do with violence, fear and terror, and has always been opposed to terrorism and radicalism,” he continued, “Therefore, in the Islamic Republic of Iran, great and global figures, such as Hajj Qasem Soleimani, were martyred in the fight against terrorism and extremism. We are fighting against those who have an arrogant attitude and spirit, and those who, with their colonial policies, want to bring the human society under the yoke of colonialism and exploitation once again.” /345/
