World Assembly in Qom, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Lebanese Muslim Scholars Association in a video message said, “We are facing a difficult situation in Lebanon, and the Zionist regime is committing genocide in the country.”
“In the face of the Zionist regime aggression, all resistance fighters are sworn to achieve victory or martyrdom. and Sayed Hassan Nasrallah, Sayed Hashem Safieddine, and a group of commanders and fighters of the Resistance Front were martyred in this way,” Sheikh Mahdi Gharavi continued.
About the crimes of the Zionist regime, he said, “The Zionist enemy uses its destructive weapons to kill civilians and destroy residential areas to put pressure on the Resistance. But those who think that they can bring a nation to its knees to surrender with these actions are fools.”
About the conditions on the battlefield, he said, “Despite bombarding southern Lebanon with thousands of tons of bombs and trying to advance in Southern Lebanon for a month and a half, the Zionist enemy has failed. The southern border regions of Lebanon are witnesses of the enemy’s defeat. The signs of victory are the failure of the enemy to achieve its goals.”
“The enemies wanted to separate the Lebanese front from the Gaza front. But it was an illusion, and Resistance missiles reached Tel Aviv and Ben Gurion Airport. The enemy’s goal was to return the settlers to the north of the occupied lands. But they failed, and now even the residents of cities like Haifa and Akka no longer feel safe, and more settlers have been forced to leave their homes,” he added.
“Another sign of victory is the continuation of attacks by Resistance fighters. Resistance attacks not only did not stop but the range and number of their missiles increased,” he continued.
