In a message, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly expressed its condolences on the demise of “Morteza Karbala”, a member of the Twelver Shiite community of Tanzania and the founder of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) Center in the country.


The message of condolences is as follows:




In the Name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

“Indeed, we belong to Allah and to Him do we indeed return” (Holy Quran 2:156)


The demise of Haj Morteza Karbala, one of Shite activist and founder of AhlulBayt (a.s.) center in Tanzania caused great grief and sorrow.


The deceased was a key member of Tanzania’s Twelver Shiite community, who spent his blessed life establishing and supporting Shiite activities.


The AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly extends its condolences to his honorable family, all friends and acquaintances, especially the Shiites of the Twelver Khoja and other friends of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) for this loss, and the Assembly asks God to exalt him and provide his family with a lot of patience.
