AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly expressed condolences over devastating earthquake in Morocco
With great sadness, the Muslim world learned of the devastating earthquake in several regions of Morocco, which killed hundreds of people and injured many more.
ABWA Official Website – Following the devastating earthquake in Morocco and the death and injury of a large number of citizens of the country, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly issued a statement.
The statement is as follows:
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
الَّذِينَ إِذَا أَصَابَتْهُمْ مُصِيبَةٌ قَالُوا إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
“Who say, when a misfortune striketh them: Lo! we are Allah's and lo! unto Him we are returning.” (Holy Quran 2:156)
With great sadness, the Muslim world learned of the devastating earthquake in several regions of Morocco, which killed hundreds of people and injured many more.
While expressing deep sympathy with the people of the brotherly country of Morocco, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly expresses its condolences for this great tragedy and expresses its sympathy and empathy with the thinkers, intellectuals, and the general public of the country. The Assembly asks Almighty God to bestow His mercy on the victims of this tragedy, place them in His heaven, and keep the injured and missing in his shelter.
“Indeed, we belong to Allah, and to Him do we indeed return.”
