Praying from the heart is one of the conditions for answering prayers: Ayatollah Ramazani
Stating that man should educate himself with the manners and personality of Imam Ali (a.s.), the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “Secret prayer, mentioning God’s names, using Ahl al-Bayt as an intermediary, and pray at certain times, such as the time of Azan (the call to prayer), and during prayers and Qadr nights, are very effective.”
On the night of May 5, 2021, during the Qadr night of the 23rd night of Ramadan, near the tomb of the unknown martyrs at the Islamic Azad University of Rasht, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani Gilani stated, “Asking God for forgiveness is one of the minimum demands that can be fulfilled on the Qadr Night.”
“Man must try not to block the way back to God,” the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly of the added, pointing out that God forgives whenever a person is ready to return.
“Man must seek his progress on the Night of Power and increase the scope of his vision,” he stated, considering Qadr Night as a great feast of God, in which he forgives the sins and answers the prayers.
“Prayer is the weapon of the prophets and the believers and it must become man’s sustenance,” added Ayatollah Ramazani, saying that Qadr Night is the night of praying and asking for forgiveness.
“People who pray, ask God for a spiritual sustenance includes, knowledge, helping others, self-sacrifice, and effort,” stated the representative of the people of Gilan in the Assembly of Experts, pointing out that man in addition to material sustenance should ask God for spiritual sustenance.
“We must pray on these nights that God removes moral vices from us and adorns us with divine virtues and attributes,” he stated.
“Talking to God is very beautiful and fills the whole human being with love,” stated Ayatollah Ramazani, emphasizing that man should seek help from God so that he does not become a person of extremism, excess, gossip, and slander.
