ABWA Official Website – During his trip to Africa, Dr. Saeed Jazari Mamoui, President of AhlulBayt (a.s.) International University visited Kampala University in Uganda.
“We had 5 academic visits in the city of Entebbe in Uganda. One of these meetings was with the president of Kampala University, who was the former Ugandan ambassador to Iran and had a good knowledge of Iranian culture. We visited four other faculties of this university and its Innovation and Technology Center. Also, we talked with the heads of each department,” Dr. Jazari told ABNA News Agency about this visit.
“In these meetings, we considered a lot of capacity for academic cooperation, and they were also eager for such cooperation,” he added.
“We proposed plans for five areas, i.e., student exchange, research opportunities for professors, expansion of university courses, and holding joint scientific courses for Ugandan students and professors, and it was decided to officially sign the cooperation memorandum,” he reminded.
“AhlulBayt (a.s.) International University will be ready to host the professors and students of Kampala University,” Jazari said in the end.
