Resistance, under God’s mercy/ Necessity of convergence of religious, seminary, revolutionary institutions
The Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “Imam Musa Sadr is quoted as saying that in the past, Shiites always had ordinary and low-ranking jobs in Lebanese society. ABWA Official Website – On Saturday, October 19, 2024, the meeting of “Seminary Headquarters of the Resistance” was held in ABNA International News Agency in Qom with the presence of Ayatollah Ramazani, Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
Merciful Islam and removing the Resistance concept
In this meeting, Ayatollah Ramazani emphasized the importance of providing the correct content in the sensitive conditions of the region. “It is necessary to correctly explain the theory of Resistance in the international arena. In the West, Resistance is equal to violence. Therefore, explaining this concept to the global audience is of great importance.”
Referring to the first thirteen years of Prophet Muhammad’s (p.b.u.h) Prophethood, the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, “In these days, despite suffering from difficult conditions, and the advice of his companions to fight against the infidels and hypocrites, the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h) refused and considered himself obliged to the Jihad of enlightening.”
“Resistance means confronting tyranny and spreading divine mercy,” he expressed, “It is crucial to correctly narrate the events in the field in Lebanon and Palestine. In the West, they have proposed Merciful Islam, and they intend to remove the resistance concept from the religion. This is while the resistance is interpreted under the divine mercy.”
Referring to the twenty-four Zionist protocols, the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, “The contents of these protocols indicate the racist thought of the Zionists, who ultimately want to make the whole world serve this extremist belief.”
“All religious and cultural organizations must produce appropriate content,” Ayatollah Ramazani added, “The greatness of Martyr Nasrallah has reached such a level that even the enemy is afraid of his pure body. Referring to the critical conditions of the world and the region, he emphasized the necessity of convergence and synergy of religious, seminary, and revolutionary institutions. “The Seminary Headquarters of the Resistance has been established with the same purpose,” he said.
“In this Headquarters, representatives of various institutions, such as the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom, higher seminary institutions, the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and some of the other religious and international institutions are present. In this Headquarter, we welcome everyone who can participate in systematic support for the global Resistance Front,” he said.
In this meeting, Hojat al-Islam Sayed Mohyeddin Qawami, the Secretary of the Seminary Headquarters of the Resistance, and the Director General of Africa and Arab countries of the International Department of the Seminaries, also presented a report on the activities of this headquarters.
