We must introduce Islam to the world in a comprehensive manner: Ayatollah Ramazani
Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, “Our most important task is to explain the comprehensiveness of Islam to people, society elites, and scientific centers. We must introduce Islam to the world in a comprehensive manner.”
ABWA Official Website – Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, was a special guest at a meeting in Kampala, Uganda held by a group of prominent Islamic and Shiite figures of East Africa.
In this meeting, referring to the necessity of introducing comprehensive Islam to the world, Ayatollah Ramazani stated, “Our most important task is to explain the comprehensiveness of Islam to people, society elites, and scientific centers. We must introduce Islam to the world in a comprehensive manner. The Islamophobia project has started in the world. This is despite the fact that Islam is based on mercy, and basically, the management method of the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h) was an ethical method.”
“A Muslim should not be a hermit. Rather, he must participate in the fields and establish reform and development. According to the order of AhlulBayt (a.s.), we should be diligent, pious, and pure, and know our duties correctly and act upon them,” he continued.
“We did not come from Iran to monitor your activities in your own regions. Managing things is up to you, and we only stand by your side. We never seek to interfere or record the actions of others in our name. Rather, our only effort is to help improve the condition of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) followers and introduce Islam to society,” added the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
In this meeting, a ceremony was also held to honor some of the deceased Islamic figures, in which Mahmou Bikombo, the stepson of martyr Abdul Qader, and Ahmed Nasser, the son of the late Abdullahi Nasser, gave speeches. Also, a clip of the deceased’s life was played.
Further in the meeting, Hojat al-Islam Sheikh Hussain Al-Awali, one of the ulama living in Uganda, expressed, “Faith, Islam, and the AhlulBayt (a.s.) school in African countries owes to the sincere efforts of people who even sacrificed their lives in this way. In order to introduce Islam, it is necessary to have planning, diligence, and sincerity in all minor and major areas and subjects.
In this meeting, the Deputies for Scientific and Cultural Affairs and Economic Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, as well as the President of AhlulBayt (a.s.) International University explained their activities.
