Ammar Hakim’s statement reads, “The issuance of arrest warrants by the International Criminal Court in the Hague against Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, and Gallant, the regime’s former Minister of War, on charges of committing war crimes against humanity and using hunger as a weapon, is a sign of the realization of rights and a response to the demands of millions of free people around the world.”

In his statement, the leader of the Iraqi National Wisdom Movement added, “While we welcome this decision, at the same time we demand that it be completed and supported by other decisions aimed at ending the imposed war on Gaza and Lebanon and obliging the Zionist regime to accept responsibility and its legal, material and moral consequences; forcing the regime to confess its crimes, which are considered a violation of the United Nations Charter and international norms.”

It is worth mentioning that on Thursday, November 21, 2024, the International Criminal Court in The Hague issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant on charges of committing war crimes, crimes against humanity, and using starvation of the people of Gaza as a weapon.
