The former president of London Islamic College visited ABNA News Agency
Hojat al-Islam Bahmanpour, writer, religious researcher, and former president of London Islamic College visited AhlulBayt (a.s.) International News Agency – ABNA.
ABWA Official Website – On Wednesday, July 10, 2024, Hojat al-Islam and Muslims, Dr. Mohammed Saeed Bahmanpour, writer, religious researcher, and former head of the London Islamic College, visited AhlulBayt (a.s.) International News Agency. After getting acquainted with the different departments and activities of ABNA, he made suggestions for better progress.
Regarding the recent activities of ABNA News Agency, Hojat al-Islam Bahmanpour stated, “Ayatollah Ramazani, Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly has been a pioneer in his activities. The news agency has had great activities, and it has made significant progress.”
“Knowing the target audience and balancing the ratio of activities in different languages with the target audience of each language, is necessary,” he further emphasized, “The audience of the message of AhlulBayt (a.s.) is not only Shiites and Muslims, but this message is beneficial for all people of the world. Therefore, it is necessary to design, produce, and publish the content in a way that has the most audience and benefits.”
Referring to ABNA News Agency’s activity in the field of video and multimedia productions, Dr. Bahmanpour said, “Today’s world is the world of documentaries, and it is good for ABNA News Agency to move towards the production of investigative documentaries.
“A serious presence in social networks is essential,” he stated, “Unfortunately, many news agencies and even international organizations do not have an effective presence in this environment. This is while interaction with the audience and quick response to him can play a special role in promoting activities.
At the beginning of this meeting, Hassan Sadraei Aref, head of ABNA News Agency, gave a brief report on the news agency’s activities.
It is worth mentioning that, in an interview with Abna News Agency, Hojat al-Islam Bahmanpour discussed the principles of disseminating the AhlulBayt (a.s.) teachings in the language of art.
